- Severe allergic reactions (swelling of face/lips/tongue/throat, difficulty breathing, rash, hives)[3]
- Neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS): high fever, muscle stiffness, confusion, changes in breathing or heart rate, sweating—this can be life-threatening[3][7]
- Sudden weakness, numbness, trouble speaking or vision changes (may indicate stroke or serious neurological effect)[1][7]
